This website is owned and operated by an individual established in Spain. Under Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services, these are the owner's details:

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the EchaCuentas website, which offers free calculators and explanatory content for information purposes. Access is free and requires no sign-up. Using the site means you accept these terms.

3. Terms of use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of others.
• Introduce viruses or code that could damage the systems of the owner or other users.
• Extract its content in bulk or by automated means, except through the embed code offered on each calculator.
• Tamper with the ads or generate fraudulent interactions with them.

4. Liability

The calculators and texts are for information only and give estimates. Although they are prepared and reviewed with care, the results may not fit your particular situation, may be affected by changes in the rules after the last review and do not replace the advice of a professional (tax, legal, financial, medical…) or the information of the official agencies.

The owner is not liable for decisions you make based on the results, or for damage caused by service interruptions, technical errors or misuse of the site, and may change or remove any content without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, brand, logo and code of the site belong to the owner or are used with permission. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

You may link to any page and use the embed code («Embed on your site») of each calculator, as long as the attribution link to EchaCuentas is kept.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site links to government agencies and other sources for information. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or services.

7. Advertising

The site may be funded by third-party advertising, such as Google AdSense. Ads are identified as such, kept apart from the content and do not influence the results. The related data processing is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

8. Changes

The owner may change these terms to adapt them to new rules or changes in the service. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law; if you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
